I was born in Newcastle-upon- Tyne moving to Sandhurst in 1982. I am married with three grown up children who all went to Owlsmoor Primary school and then Sandhurst School.

I have lived in the Sandhurst area for 34 years. I am married to Deborah and we have two sons who have graduated from university and both now
employed within the finance industry. I understand the challenges facing parents and children today.

I have lived in Bracknell for over 40 years and have had the privilege of representing the Priestwood and Garth ward for 16 years.

This year it has been an especial honour to serve the community as Mayor.

I have lived in Bracknell since 2009 and have served - as both a Borough and Town Councillor - representing Old Bracknell for the last 8 years.

I really appreciate Bracknell as a great place to work and live.

My family and I have lived in Little Sandhurst for nearly 40 years and it has been my privilege to be your councillor for 35 years both on Bracknell Forest Council and Sandhurst Town Council.

I have been on Bracknell Forest Council since 2000. In 2013, I became Executive Member for Planning and Transport.

My family moved to Bracknell in January 1972 and I soon became involved in our local community centre and started a Youth Club.
