Ringway, Bracknell Forest’s highway contractors, replaced the road surface of Crowthorne High Street during a series of overnight road closures between 23 August and 9 September 2022.
The major highway schemes at Coral Reef junction, Martins Heron junction, Hanworth roundabout and Golden Retriever junction are benefiting residents and tens of thousands of road users daily as journey times are more consistent, capacity is increased and air quality is improved.
The leaseholder protections in the Building Safety Act 2022 came into force on 28 June. This means qualifying leaseholders in England can no longer be charged for cladding remediation, and there are legal protections in place for non-cladding costs.
